Fantaisie Chromatique

International media art project

Designed as a program of in situ audiovisual artworks for the monumental Led Screen on NTU Sinagpour Campus, Fantasie Chromatique brings together animation students from
Ceruleum Ecole d’arts Visuels, Dessin Animé et Cinéma d'Animation (Lausanne, Switzerland),
music composition students from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional Musique Danse Théâtre (Reims, France)
and interdisciplinary art students from School of Art, Design and Media, Nanyang Technological University Singapore.

The collaborative learning experience is determined to inspire and accelerate learning across continents and outside of class context. The ideas of sound, music, colour, and emotion drew students together in Fall of 2020. The resulting exhibitions in 2021 will not only allow students to present their work internationally in Switzerland, France, and Singapore but connect them even further.
